LISTENING TOUCH RELAXATION MASSAGE – A full body, relaxation massage that utilizes smooth, gliding strokes with light to moderate pressure to reduce tension, increase circulation and relieve stress. Each massage includes hot towel compresses with a short foot treatment to induce deep relaxation and an invigorating head and scalp massage. Endorphins, the body’s natural painkillers, are released bringing your stress level down and creating a sense of well-being.
THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE- A focused, tension-releasing massage that uses moderate to deep pressure to ease stress and work out serious adhesions or "knots" in the muscle tissue. This massage incorporates a variety of modalities including Myofascial Release, Lymph Drainage, Cupping, IASTM tools, Muscle Energy techniques, Trigger Point work and stretching to address chronic muscle tension and specific problem areas.
MANUAL LYMPH DRAINAGE (MLD) uses gentle rhythmic pumping techniques to stimulate the lymphatic vessels to carry vital immune system fluid through the body, and remove waste. It helps the body to heal quickly from injuries, surgical trauma, and edema. This modality renews and detoxifies the body.
​REFLEXOLOGY - Each reflexology session begins with a foot soak fand hand massage ollowed by hot towel compresses to warm the feet. Pressure is then applied to areas of the feet that correspond to various organs and systems in the body. The session is tailored to your specific needs and areas of concern.
REFLEXOLOGY LYMPH DRAINAGE - This reflexology protocol focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes and works similarly to MLD by helping to drain excess lymph fluid from a damaged area. It can be used in both primary and secondary lymphedema and lipedema. It has also been shown to be useful for clients with other inflammatory type conditions such as Fibromyalgia, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Allergies, Headaches, etc.
EARTH AND SKY MASSAGE – This treatment combines a Reflexology Foot Treatment and Cupping Face Lift massage. You will feel relaxed, youthful and invigorated.

Cupping Face Lift and Drainage - Micro Cups are used to perform a non-invasive mini face lift that softens lines and wrinkles, relieves sinus congestion, drains stagnant fluids to ease puffiness and lifts the eyebrows back up to the brow line! The muscles of the face benefit greatly from reduced tension and tightness, easing expression lines and loosening rigid muscles associated with TMJ disorders. To further enhance the lifting, toning and firming benefits received, the session is completed with a High Frequency Wand Facial Treatment to stimulate circulation, oxygenate the skin, boost cell metabolism and provide antiseptic benefits. You will look and feel more youthful and radiant!
For optimal benefits, a series of 8 treatments is recommended 1-2x a week over a period of 1-2 months. However, results are usually seen in a single treatment.

Customized fitness programs are created for individuals and performed at their residence minimizing travel for the client making it easier to attend therapy sessions. Programs are designed to help clients increase their range of motion and build strength so they can perform daily functions more easily, be more independent and reach their full potential.
